The preliminary registration will mainly focus on groups and gathering estimates regarding the number of participants, patrols, age groups, dates, and similar details. For the preliminary registration, the group only needs one user (the group's contact person) with access to the registration system. The contact person will respond on behalf of the group.

The main registration will open later. This phase will involve registering all participants with details and division into patrols, selection of activities, difficulty levels for trips, and so on. It is also during the main registration phase that individuals participating without a group (such as staff) will be able to register.

You will need to add all participants in the main registration. We will provide you with a template where you need to enter/copy participant information. We will import the participants for you. You can then add details about patrols, roles, trips, and similar directly in the main registration.
